Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded box and place it inside a shipping mailer to ensure it arrives safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
